We are now looking for our next legal star to join our office in Oslo and support our business in the Nordics.

The role

You will report to the Head of Legal and Compliance in Stockholm and be part of the joint group function for Legal, Compliance and Privacy. In close cooperation with the rest of the team, your colleagues in the local leadership teams, product and tech you will play an important role in the future success of Lendo!

You will:

• Support the organization as the legal expert in legal, privacy and regulatory matters.
• Act as the DPO for our four entities in Norway, Sweden and Denmark.
• Be the main point of contact towards the Norwegian supervisory authorities.
• Support our Norwegian operations in legal guidance including financial regulatory questions
• Stay on top of relevant regulations affecting Lendo and its customers.

Who are you?

We are looking for a lawyer with at least 4 years of experience from a law form or in-house experience. You have experience working with Privacy and consumer facing operations in Norway. To thrive in this role, you are proactive, organized, and able to translate complex legal information into simple solutions for the business to implement. You are positive, bring a can-do attitude to the workplace and are curious to learn and support our business areas. You speak and write Norwegian and English fluently.

Experience with using ChatGPT in your daily work is considered an advantage.
