About the role

We are seeking a motivated Legal Counsel (Contracts) to join our team. This role is pivotal in providing strategic support regarding our contracts and agreements. You will have a leading role in negotiations with suppliers in Europe and the US regarding the required contractual framework.

You will:

• Be responsible for reviewing and negotiating contractual documents for our procurement of satellite equipment.
• Advice and negotiate on other types of agreements, such as NDA’s.
• Deal with day-to-day operational and business matters related to contracts and procurement.
• Advise on ad-hoc corporate governance and compliance matters.

• Maintain and further develop internal processes regarding contract management.

About you

We are looking for a legal professional with an excellent ability to negotiate agreements and deliver results. You are comfortable working independently but also thrive in team settings and excel at driving processes forward.

To succeed in this position, we believe you have:

• A master’s or bachelor’s degree in law.
• 1–3 years of experience in a legal environment.
• Proficiency in both English and Swedish.
• Strong ability to work with and interpret complex legal contracts.
